Frequently asked questions
Does it work with every carrier?
The service relies on conditional call forwarding, which every Israeli carrier offers. Revealing the number depends on what the carrier passes with the forwarded call; the app includes a test that confirms your setup works.
Does the caller know their number was revealed?
The caller hears a short message that the call was not answered. The number is sent only to you.
What about normal calls?
Nothing changes. Forwarding only kicks in when you decline, are busy or unreachable — like voicemail.
Do you record calls?
No. Nothing is recorded. We keep the caller number and time in your log and delete them automatically after 90 days. See the privacy policy.
How do I cancel?
Dial ##002# from your phone, or tap "Cancel forwarding" in the app settings. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
