Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and all data directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. Access ends immediately and deletion completes within 24 hours. If you no longer have the app, email support from your registered number and we will process it within 7 days. Before deleting, dial ##002# to cancel call forwarding.
What is deleted: account details, call log, blocklist, registered devices and subscription details. Billing records are retained as required by law.
